Super Contributions are taxed at 15% up to a maximum of $27500/pa. This includes amounts made by your employer. If you make personal contributions towards this $27500 cap, you can claim a tax deduction for these contributions in your next tax return if your marginal rate is above 15%.
No, you can't withdraw the contributions prior to reaching the age at which you are entitled to them.
