Extract is heading higher as RIO POLO ans KAH need to purchase 3.38m shares on market to keep ther respective 15,10and 40% of EXT once the o/s placement occurs.KAH has just raised 20m pounds,that is about $40m to buy extract shares,they only need $20.3m(2.62mX$7.75)
KAH needs to buy 2.08m at market to keep there 40% stake thats about another $20m,thats why they raised $40m.($20.3 plus $20m)
Top 20 shareholders will take up their entilements,leaving POLO,RIO and KAH to buy 3m shares on market.So wake up and don't give them cheap shares.
