another few quick questions, (some may see it as stupid questions)
looking at exhibit 1 in the edison report, it states that continental capital (now ccc) acquired 74% interest in continental coal SA, and the rest is owned by masawu investments.
so are the figures that are being tossed around here (specifically, production figures), in reagrds to continental coal SA or just in reagards to ccc's interest in continental coal SA?
also, exhibit 1 shows mahasala stake in these projects as 64% and CCSA's as 74%, so am i correct in assuming that mahasala had a stake in the projects via CCSA?
so what does "CCC's effective stake" mean?, as taking exhibit 1 at face value seems to imply that CCC only has an average of 50% interest in all the projects.
always seem to wind up with a bit of a headache after looking over broker reports that always seems to contain elements of vagueness.
