I can't see revenue being halved either. The operators of SCG and other REITS are not fools. They won't have largely empty malls with shops empty for months on end. One year, possibly two years will take a hit to earnings. Dividend will still be attractive even if it's cut heavily (at these share prices). Market is forward-looking so I can see a price turn-around the first serious sign of good news with the virus. If you're keen on the industry but unsure about SCG take a look at EFT VAP which has less up/downside exposure and is trading at 5 year lows. Good luck!
