    Track. No one can really answer that question unless they know the SALE value of their assets. Under a 'fire' sale the value of those assets would be greatly diminshed, so great care has to be taken in arranging such a sale.

    Except for the sale of some assets to reduce Centro's indebtedness I see no reason to sell ALL the assets of the enterprise. It is a viable and profitable business, but probably, rather too complex in its current financial structure.
