Perhaps Yuyu either you were not expressing yourself clearly or whoever told you gave you half the story.
The half about 7 days is obviously correct. The part about Centro needs more time... Err, the whole point is the bank giving the extension not Centro dictating the extension.
But.... if Centro said.. Look we're happy to sign the extension now, but if you give us 7 days, we might be able to finalise some parts of the refinancing and prove that we will pay you back, then maybe you will be more willing to give a longer extension... Obviously at this stage, the dates would be changed as a formality.
This will play out in the next 7 days and we will see it in the SP behaviour, PR (if any.. don't hold your breath) and journo spin doctoring as well as up/down ramping on forums by people as they get bits of info...
