I am not quite sure I understood your question (lol), but imo Centro is going to need a lot longer than 5 months [at least preferably ~12 months] for them to get anywhere near back to a position where they can grow again!
Growth???? Did I say growth??? Eeeeeek!!! That's what got them into this mess, lol!
Fire the M&A Real Estate Dept., and all Directors sit on their hands for 12 months at least, before bidding for other properties. Actually if it was me I would concentrate on developing & adding value to the properties that we already have in the portfolio to kick some growth after 12 months. But first of all let's just get through the first 12 months ie; sell down the debt, and re-structure!!!
