careful..........apparently the first home owners grant...........has been subjected to audits since it first applied...............they have literally made hundred or thousands of people pay the money back........because the people thought they could outsmart the requirements......another article about this in the past month again...........is it worth it for 7000.....and basically be proved a liar ???
