I have one of those white plastic storage boxes that fits neatly into my pantry. It's full of 40 years of best intentions. I can go through it and recall where we were living and what was made in the assorted trays and moulds. My kids, now adults, are totally in awe of my bundt pan, they still think anything cooked in it is cool. And to be honest with you, I'm still not totally convinced about the silicon ones. I still fish out my old banana bread tin while the the new silicon one looks imploringly at me. Never used it and it hasn't made it into my plastic box yet. Suspect it never will.
