Fire up the Weber Q, throw on:
In this case honey and soy marinated Chicken thigh, bacon, onions, egg.
Check out the garden what you got? Tomato, lettuce, cucumber…..sweet.
No garden….no worries whatever you got in fridge or wherever.
I also threw on a cheese slice and beetroot, and homemade gherkins.
Throw everything on a Bread Roll, with a bit of home made Tomato sauce and ya done.
Easy, stuff in Weber takes 5 to 10mins to cook.
Hopefully the power is back on to enjoy a nice cool Hills Apple Cider to wash it down with.
Don’t like Chicken how about Spencer Gulf prawns or a bit of Snapper instead, or bit of Kanga.
Or if ya real “dopy” and or slacko try a thick slice of Bung Fritz.
