Not to mention stakes in Mithral and Winmar, etc.
The downside is the uncertainty and the length of time needed.
I've emailed NM re Esperance - once that's cleared up then I can see little downside. Obviously would have preferred Kwinana (given how long it took!) but hey, we were dealing with bureaucrats.
Market needs certainty, and that's what's holding this one back.
