    The problem is with the individual shareholders arrangement with opes. Cant see it impacting on gbg operations in any way and I see no relevance to FDL or GDA. If shareholders want to lend their stock to cover shortsellers or whatever thats their business. Noone can touch stock registered to your name without your approval. The substantial shareholder who made the arrangement with opes may be at risk but not GBG. If I am wrong on my interpretation of this please let me know.
