Hmm, I can't see it anywhere that they should feel obligated to sell or are under time constraints? Where can I find this information? It could be a possibility, but, there seems to be a lot of assumptions.
From CX's point of view:
1) Wait until Q1 and benefit from the gains (either cash or increased value).
2) Sell now at discount prior to revenue.
Strategically it leaves a little bit to the imagination? I mean, if it was on track selling pre-cash flow would severely devalue the company from a DCF pov.
