Yeah I understand that they are selling none-core assets for their second fund. But, they are selling at either 20% premiums to market value or doing an IPO's
What I am saying is this. I built I model. CX partners share is worth the same is TSN's current market cap and they Have 1 million in the bank. A capital raise could work yes, but, from CX partners POV there is more risk selling to TSN than to another MNC who will just have the cash to burn.
