That is what they expect TSI India to do. TSN is a shareholder in TSI and gets nothing until a dividend is declared by TSI. This is very unlikely in the short term as earnings will more than likely be reinvested to fund growth IMO. The value is in increasing the size of TSI and getting a higher % holding (this is what most of us are holding on for).
