    Ok so they could potentially
    a) buy back TSI India and own the whole 100%
    or, The best way in my opinion
    b)  Buy back a portion (Eg 25%) so that they still have control over the asset. Plus as the profit split over 25% is 80:20 TSN would earn money through the sale of the other ~49%.  And they would only be required to raise 15m in the cap raise minus whatever debt they can get their hands on

    Yeah or nah?
