Well, they have obtained debt in the past as Tony pointed out! But, they were allowed 1m when they had approx 7 m in the bank. As i keep mentioning they now have less than 2m in the bank!

IMO yes, but, they may be able to get their paws on some tasty tasty (cheap) debt which would take the pressure off. It'll dip the share price initially but the shares issue will be tied into contracts so in reality it'll recover once everyone realises that fact. But hey, this is all speculation of course
