    Agree it hurts, but must have faith in new management or you may as well sell now.

    I am borderline wanting to sell, but I have faith (hopefully not blind) that the price of IO will stay high, they will begin to lower their costs, they will ship more, find more and with a lower A$ we will make more.

    here's hoping
