Obviously the main factors (in decreasing order of importance imo) are:

-Mine life
-POS
-AUD/USD
-Cash Cost

If you're predicting $50 silver (as I am too), fair enough, but when valuing COMPANIES I like to use the present values. For anyone who wishes to play around with the parameters (ie. wants to try out the valuation for higher silver prices, etc), I've made a spreadsheet for you:
