Has it ever occurred to you that the reason the stock is where it is is that EXISTING HOLDERS are so impressed with the company's prospects and past performance they're SELLING at 12 and 13 cents/share and by definition EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM HAS MADE A LOSS AND IS HAPPY TO GET OUT??????

Markets are made on buyers and sellers. The sellers have been in it longer than you and know better. They're not all distressed holders; the've merely seen enough of the theatrics of management and are prepared to pay to leave the theatre.
