I imagine someone will ask the CEO on the next investor call these key questions that will show what progress has been made since January 2021:

In regards to the BNPL Product:

1. How many transactions a day/week/month on average is the BNPL product delivering since it was launched? (look for product market fit)
2. What is the Average ticket size on the BNPL product?
3. What is the Average Profit Per Transaction?
3. How much have you spent, and how much is it costing you to run the BNPL business?


In regards to the US Business Health Check:

1. How many new Top 100, 200, 300, 400 Accounting firms have been signed, and or lost since Jan 2021.
2. How much lending growth has come from these new Top 100-400 Accounting Firm that were signed after Jan 2021.
3. How many sales members are left after the "Forced Reduction", and how many new accounting firms have they signed up AFTER Jan 2021.
4. How much Card Volume has come from Accounting Firms signed up AFTER Jan 2021.
5. How much ACH volume has come from Accounting Firms signed up AFTER Jan 2021.
6. How long has the Connect product been in market, how many accounting firms are leveraging it, and how much revenue has been generated from it.
7. How many employees were hired since Jan 21, and what was the makeup of those roles i.e revenue-generating vs non-revenue generating.
8. How many employees have left the company since Jan 2021, and what was the make up of those roles i.e revenue-generating vs non-revenue generating.
9. And lastly, How much cash has been burned since Jan 2021.


If these questions are asked, and answered, you will get an instant pulse on how the company has been operating from Feb 2021 when Eric Lookhoff started his tenure with the business.
