You didn't state when you sent the inquiry, though you seem to imply it was over the holidays, when there may have indeed a response delay. You also didn't state the nature of the inquiry. Was it a simple question? Was it abusive? Was it merely rhetorical?
Anyway, I've received timely replies from QuickFlix (within 24 hours) on the occasions I've used their contact form.
So, now we're at 1 point for, 1 point against in anecdotal evidence. I can't say this gives any true indication of the state of the business' customer-service dept or the business in general.
