Gotta say, the thing that gets me most about this VA is the letter that basically said "don't call us" on 19/05.
I've been through, and witnessed a few wind ups, DOCA's, VA's etc. and that letter alone would have to be one of the most disrespectful pieces of garbage I've ever read.
It basically says we'll send you a letter when we milk whats left for fees. No chance for optimism, discussion, nothing.
That's what's happening... we're just hanging about waiting for our permission to declare a loss.
As a side note. Its unusual that the Maccas promotion includes Quickflix - up to 6 months subscription. It means that there is still something there to operate and kick along. I was sent an email about a month ago about 're-activating' my account. which i thought was a positive step forward then, so maybe it might all come through and re-list after a recap and consolidation?
Thought i'd end on a positive thought.
