The bigger players were always going to take control when the time was right. There's huge dollars in this. QFX never really had a hope long-term and the death-knell was being stitched up by Ch 9 with the rights deal with HBOs QFX ownership. We said at the time what their intentions were and that was to prevent any other company taking over the client base. They knew QFX would die, many of us did. The only indictment on this company is the ridiculous salary Langsford paid himself. It's very difficult for small players to win so no qualms about the result, but Langsford knew what the outcome would be and chose to milk it for every cent. He probably sleeps well at night even though he shouldn't purely out of the fat bank balance he's built for himself at the expense of sucker investors.
