There could be 5c in it on a spurt ,maybe higher . There's a lot of smart people who've put significant amounts in this to keep the thing propped up around 2 . I gather the expectation is that the court case will either be won or a deal worked out in the interim ,which is obviously the preferred strategy at this point . Under that scenario you could see 5c ,then you need to worry about how to bankroll the thing.

Most of the projections I've read here are quite frankly laughable in the current environment for these sorts of things ,but I don't think you can do too much damage at these levels unless something unforeseen happens .

Of course it was a lot sweeter when they were 1c
