    I am not a lawyer to fully understand this whole thing. However, while the SMM international tender and cancellation of its LOI or AVQ propecting licence grant can be investigated, the land owners and their supports for AvQ cause are always valid and cant be challenged. The SI govt stuffed up with influence of Japanese govt who give them aids but faces customary land owners right. This AVQ is going to be quite volatile in the next 4 wks leading to the trial.
