Most countries do not hate America. It is the left who hate the US and the extreme right because America is the natural enemy of both.
With the exception of France, if a country hates America it is a good idea to avoid. France hates America because it is like the hapless fat kid who keeps falling in the pond needing to be rescued. Soon enough they will need rescuing from their own citizens.
I have been lucky to spend a lot of time in the US. I went to uni there (UVA), have worked there and have vacationed there. The Americans are up there with the nicest, friendliest people in the world.
