I've watched BRZ rise from $1.25 to $1.35 today with increasing buyers every day and fairly decent size parcels.

I think something is up and this could be a decent little pick-up at current prices.

Also, they paid a pretty good divy at half year so that's a bonus too.

I've picked some up yesterday at $1.315/$1.325 and today at $1.35. I'm not a huge fan of their business model but they do make a decent amount of profit and they aren't capped that high either and pay a good divy.

I think it's a BUY based on current buying recently and good for a quickfire 5-10% me thinks.
