This may have been discussed previously and apologies in advance. Genorah Resources has a 69% stake in NKP (I thought it was illegal to acquire in excess of 20% of the shares in a company other than under the cover of a bid for all the shares in the company).
What implications does this have in regards to a takeover of the company? Would appreciate any enlightenment on this issue.
