    From what I gather, board is trying to figure to where to next for the company or weather to sell out the mining and flameproof aspect of the business and divi up the cash then walk away. What with the mining sector to really setting any records t the moment. There are businesses in the mining sector which could easily incorporate the mining business into theirs.
