So with this demerger, we automatically receive 1 share of reset per every 30 shares of LGP, is that correct?

aside from the demerger which seems to be creating instability, I think LGP is pretty solid, they have massive room for expansion with that facility in Europe having 30T/year capacity and they seem to have quite a few sales pipelines in various stages of development.

The LGP share price is almost the same as CAN now and CAN has more than 80 million more shares and $60 million more of debt, significantly more cash burn and less total production capacity. Something does not add up?
