I have done enuf research on this. All I have in PDN is around 2000 shares and I am not looking to expand for obvious reasons.

Agree that I check daily fluctuations - I dont base my decision on it but for research its necessary....
I am merely saying " use capital " appropriately.....I have limited capital...everyone has limited money here...The strategy is the make more money from that.....opportunity cost is the key here....
Of course hindsight is a good thing....but I took my decision based on facts not emotions and future 'may happen' senarios.
I respect you guys and your decisions......not all have the same strategies I guess.
Dull - the restaurant is doing fine, I sold PDN and renovated and make another JV in western suburb.....I saw more value in that as against PDN for the moment though....
I have a bucket load to load up at appropriate time.....
