I have met management - tick a lot of boxes - astute operators capable of taking
BPF a long way IMO. I am aware that the push for a dividend also have the support of a broker. Management is not stupid - it's a no brainer - positives re acquisitions with scrip,
a higher SP for any further MD's family court mandated sell down, attract a more
stable investor class and of course a higher market rating taking them out of the micro-cap space.

If you look at the results of the recent AGM - there was a circa 45% vote against the remuneration report. I am reading it as a serious protest vote from a large shareholder and it's an issue that management cannot afford to ignore ahead of the next AGM.
I am expecting a dividend come August.
