Well, I think that he and/or them might be too busy with other issues. Like looking for those landcruisers and how they are travelling.
Who knows not me but your guess is a s good as mine.
IMO I don't believe that STO told us anything (I DO HOLD STO) about restarting Dukas either.
And if there was the smallest of whiffs about Dukas restarting, IMO the market would have pushed our sp up.
