    I suspect there is some institutional buying today and have been suspicious that some corporate move is afoot for Centro . I am not suggesting you buy but I reckon this is a great holder because like many REITS the NTA was never reached in the post GFC recovery (not overvalued), interest rates are set to stay low (in properties favour) or go lower now and the Aus dollar is well in our favour . CER has no debt to refinance impending . I will be very surprised if it falls below 20 cents again .
