Others have been mentioned like more equity for the Dia owners instead of the CN or opt in for them to more equity. I prefer outcomes where the people selling you something want to retain ownership in it rather than cash out. As an example I have a small holding in CM8 which would be much bigger if I could work out why the owners of the business they just bought wanted to sell at all. DiaSource selling I understand - the PE crowd like to cash out and the science crowd want to develop the business - perfect match for ADO when you throw in the future of M&G for product development.
