IMO, the stock and board is quiet for the following reason: Due Dilligence.
The recently announced LOI with Korea Oil is in DD till around 28 May, and the CTS purchase of Peru Uranium is also in DD (but this seems to be less of a sp catalyst than Somalian oil reserves) .
So assuming people want to take the gamble that there will be no other JV style announcements with China before the 28th May, then it may be quiet for a few weeks. I hold some and expect the LOI will convert to a JV with Korea. I also an announcement with China, but do not know when. Good luck.
