Having used Ratesetter quite a few times over the years and thinking the product was ok (but they desperately need an investor app) I was quite surprised to read that after 6 years in OZ the company still hasn't turned a profit. From reading more closely through the prospectus it read a little desperate, a bit like the company is struggling and in need of the cash injection to keep going..... owners panicked to float it by C-19? It wasn't the most appealing basis to invest on. The market isn't very impressed with the IPO either, it is struggling to find it's bottom and I'm not convinced that recent low will hold. Volume has dried right up, but I feel the retail investors holding the bag right now will start losing patience and in the near term it will just slowly keep drifting lower..... as a customer I'll keep an eye on it.... but only from the stands.
