Any idea of the cost of the product compared to current alarm...

Any idea of the cost of the product compared to current alarm systems? Current standard alarm system in a house would be around $1500-$2000 installed. Are they competitive price-wise? Any idea what the ongoing charges will be to use their product? I also understand that their systems utilise an externally mounted antenna - what happens if this is broken prior to entry into the "secured house/caravan etc"?
Trying to have an educated and professional debate here Billbixby and Smuggler. I can see some personal uses of their products and so could my businesses but the above are a few of my reservations.
