    Lion269, .......
Why will Australian QTK shareholders be left out of pocket?
Why will Australian QTK shareholders not benefit from SA?
Why will Australian QTK shareholders not benefit from the sale of Multi-Trak?
I have no idea WHY we will not benefit.
Just your opinion, that is all, and that means little to me.

QTK Networks is selling Multi-Trak to ..... quote
"This process of international expansion and removal of the cash requirements of the present Australian research operations will enable QuikTrak to move towards positive cash flows and profitability in the near future."

The management of Quiktrak Networks realise that they must remove the CASH drains. Hence the sale of Multi-Trak and the AUD monitoring business. They don't make money.
    It's as simple as THAT.

The Security market in South Africa is HUGE. AND, I mean HUGE. Bigger than you can even imagine.
Do you have any friends who live in or visit SA? I suggest that you go there or speak with them.
The South African Security market is so HUGE that I doubt whether many people can even comprehend it.
Just for example Tracker http://www.tracker.co.za/ monitor 550,000 vehicles.
"Tracker has some 1,100 vehicles and 42 aircraft in its recovery arsenal "
    AND
    What about Matrix http://www.matrix.co.za/
    AND
    What about Chubb http://www.chubb.co.za
    AND
    What about Skytrak https://www.skytrax.co.za/
    AND
What about ADT/Tyco, they have already signed up and are utilizing the network http://www.adt.co.za/
    AND
What about PBM Security they have already signed up for the network http://www.pmbsecurity.co.za/

I can tell you this, China ( Beijing) security market was just a drop in the ocean compared with the security requirements for South Africa. Beijing is a very safe city,( go and see for yourself). I doubt whether Quiktrak would have got the participation rate that would have generated a large income, QTK was possibly a little naive in the early days re the China market.
However South Africa is a different story, the participation rate for static and mobile security is HUGE.
Just check out the websites listed above, it will give you some idea.

Yes, most of this is in the announcements.
Yes, I'm a large shareholder of Quiktrak. AND, I can tell you this, if the Directors of Quiktrak are making announcements to the ASX that are total lies THEN, I will be the first shareholder to hunt them down and see that justice is done.
BUT, believe that Mark Pallister is doing his utmost to get Quiktrak Networks to "move towards positive cash flows and profitability in the near future"
He has a lot riding on this, there are not many Directors who are willing to put their own money in constantly to make sure that the Company is successful.
You have to remember Mark Pallister is the largest shareholder, he has the most to gain AND the most to lose.
HE KNOWS THAT SOUTH AFRICA IS A WINNER.
Just check out some of the monitoring rates in SA and calculate possible revenues even using conservative figures and then you may have some idea.

I bet that he'll be a winner. And that will make me a winner too.
    Just wait and see.
    JUst wait and see.
