The hard truth is this:
1. No QTK shareholders will be given shares in the new entity. A deal was worked out for the convertable note holders, but the rest of the shareholders will get NOTHING.
2. "Existing" (which should read "previous") QTK shareholders can get a tax deduction for their trading loss.
