Can only assume that existing Quiktrak Networks Limited shareholders hold exactly the same number of shares in QTK as they did before the trading halt and suspension.
QTK sold off Multitrak as per the announcement, to divest itself of the Australian operation that was losing money.
There is nothing else but idle speculation by a few uninformed HC posters.
Quiktrak South Africa is performing better that any QTK shareholder can even imagine.
1. The SA network is now fully operational
2. Quiktrak has signed up 2 more large securtity operators for testing the network.
3. Quitrak in South Africa is now a network provider with the ONLY network approved for South Africa
4. The security market is booming in South Africa and Security Companies such as Tracker, Chubb etc being upgraded by analysts.
