Don't want to be a downer @Braintot & @KamikazePilot - whilst I hope for both of your sakes that the outcome is something like what I've posted - my personal view is that it is unlikely.
There are some pretty optimistic numbers and generous assumptions underpinning that final valuation - and my concern (as stated - and as @NickMiller also pointed out) is that it would not really be enough to put SGH on a solvent footing.
PLEASE - don't anyone rush out to buy (more) shares on the basis that "Steve's spreadsheet shows D4E @ 60c+"!!
It's just a calculation and I was goosing the figures to give the best possible outcome. In reality, D4E being done based on optimistic numbers and a valuation many multiples of the current share price is I think highly unlikely - the hedge funds are still in control and they are rarely generous.
Hope for the best - be prepared for the worst.
