I don't normally respond to posters like you.
But to educate I will do one exception;
- It should be common knowledge you cannot do a D4E without a valuation
- You only make a capital gain/loss on the actual sale of the particular share. In between there is nothing (ie paper gain/loss is nothing because it is not realised). Share market investing is recommended to be long term (ie 5-7 years at least)
- Even if D4E discussions are ongoing they will lead nowhere without the valuation.
Now please get back to the topic which is our 600mil pounds lawsuit of Watchstone (ie what are your comment in relation to the misrepresentation issues?)
