SGH is a mortally wounded animal in its final agonizing death throws. At this stage it's operating on pure survival instinct, doing what it's DNA is coded to do - litigate!
There's no hope for SGH (as a listed company, in my humble opinion) the real question is who else it will drag down into the abyss with it!
