SGH were specifically contacted & warned they were dealing with crooks & fraudsters at QPP & that QPP itself was a fraud by  Tom Winnifrith, the man who originally exposed it a year before Gotham City Research's April 22, 2014

& who continued to shout long & loud from the rooftops that it was a fraud.

For reasons that have never been clear to me they ignored him & the fraud claims, which eventually destroyed the company.

I imagine that decision will affect their ability to recoup anything through the courts.
