Ditto @HAC30, SENARIS is taking a sensible contrarian investment strategy.
It minimises costs building a position and is only staking several months worth of investments.
A contrarian strategy is best coupled with analysis of fundementals though, this is where SGH has falls flat.
The size of the debt is way too crushing for me, that together with my confidence the case against WTG cannot bring in anything like the sums claimed (and I actually think it will damage SGH) confirms my stance.
High risk could mean high reward and I would be the last person to criticise SENARIS' actions as I'm sure they know the risk.
