In this announcement by SGH on the 25th June 2015, SGH says it was aware of concerns made publicly about quindell accounts etc, and has an extract from Pwc etc, etc............
Sounds to me like SGH have said " we know best " when they obviously didn't.
Now, 2 years later, after having complete control of the PSD and seemingly running it into the ground they are crying " we were mislead ". I thought they had 70 of their own Lawyers inspecting 1000's of cases from QPP who gave it the thumbs up!
How this case has any merit i have no idea, looks more like grasping at straws to me but im no Lawyer or leagal specialist.
