Always happy to have a intelligent debate as it tests my reasoning on Ton and if it stacks up in light of the opposing view.... It also gets opposing views out in the open to be scrutinized ... in detail. Sorta like full disclosure for holders and (removes any hidden gotcha's that people are reluctant to discuss).
