THERE IS AN ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM
    - with a sign around its neck saying "RESUBMISSION"

More than a whiff I'm afraid --- and the big delay suggests TIS has had to make a *MAJOR* CMark resubmission, possibly due expiry of some information, gaps in the data, requirement to re-design part of the manufacturing system or something else. Who knows? (SM and his mates do, but they are not telling and I am sure everyone is sworn to secrecy - in the name of protecting SM's reputation).)

The approval could come anytime, but the above scenario has a lot of evidence to say it is the source of the delay. Just connect the dots!

Also, maybe the board member resignation was a result of dissatisfaction with a decision of the board to withholding significant information from shareholders.

MJ, thanks for your attempt at suggesting this an issue of no consequence. If we all just compared ourselves (or our companies) to the LCD then we have no standards at all.
